PARASITES
The
common junk food diet has paved the way for a parasite infestation which is at
epidemic levels. The estimates of infestation vary greatly, but
some specialists in parasite treatment
estimate that up to 90% of the people are infested. Most parasites
live in the intestines but some burrow into the organs--even the
brain.
PARASITE INFESTATION.
Experts
on parasite infestation estimate that up to 95% of the people in America
are infested with parasites. A person can be infected with over 100
different parasites. Some are microscopic in size while other can
easily be seen with the naked eye. They range in size from the
common, microscopic yeast Candida Albicans to the rare 30 foot long Fish
Tapeworm. Most of these parasites burrow into the intestines and organs
to eat flesh and drink blood, so organs can end up looking like Swiss
cheese.
DIAGNOSING PARASITES. Diagnosing a parasite
infestation is very difficult because medical tests can only identify a
few species with only 20% accuracy. The best way to detect parasites is
by looking at the symptoms. But, even that can be inconclusive because
the symptoms of a parasite infestation may be caused by other medical problems
as well.
SYMPTOMS.
Some of
the symptoms caused by parasites are: abdominal pain, anemia, asthma,
bed wetting, bloating, colitis, constipation, cramps, diarrhea, edema,
fatigue, flatulence, food allergies, frequent urination, headaches,
hemorrhoids, immune dysfunction, indigestion, nausea, nose bleeds,
prostatitis, rectal itching, skin
rash, and vaginal discharge. Again, any of these symptoms can also be
caused by other medical problems.
PREVENTION. A healthy immune system is the best defense against parasites. In
order to build a strong immune system avoid processed foods and eat a
wholesome, natural diet of vegetables, fruit, lean meat and wild fish;
drink an adequate amount of purified water; avoid foods and drinks that
weaken the immune system like artificial sweeteners, excess alcohol,
coffee, and refined sugar.
PRECAUTIONS. Steps
you can take to prevent a parasite infestation:
-
RAW FOODS.
When preparing foods
to be eaten raw, peel vegetables and fruits that have paraffin
coating; soak other foods in weak bleach water as follows: (1) Add
tablespoonful of laundry bleach to 2 gallons of tap water. Soak
food for 20 minutes, drain. (2) Soak food in plain tap water for
another 20 minutes, drain. (3) Soak food in plain tap water for
another 20 minutes, drain. (4) use a salad spinner to remove excess
tap water.
-
WATER.
Drink only water
that has been purified either by distillation or filtration and
ozonation. Be careful not to swallow water when swimming.
-
PARASITE PREVENTION.
Do not let pets lick people
in the face. When possible, keep pets outside because they are a
major source of parasite infestation. Keep fingernails short and
clean because parasites and their eggs can live for months under the
fingernails.
-
CLEAN HANDS.
Wash your hands with soap and water before eating and after touching
anything that might not be sanitary such as a shopping cart, pets,
or restroom flush handles. Also, keep fingernails trimmed
short a kept clean because parasite eggs can live for weeks under
fingernails.
-
BARE FEET.
Avoid walking around
both indoors and outdoors in your bare feet, because parasites can
penetrate the skin. Also, wear gloves when working outside.
ELIMINATING PARASITES. There
are many treatments and books available. The pharmaceutical drugs
available only treat a few of the parasites. Herbal concoctions,
radio frequency zappers, and other alternative treatments get rid of all
parasites.
