INTERNAL CLEANSING

Internal cleansing detoxifies the organs, blood, and other bodily fluids.  This results in a whole body purification, healing, and weight loss process.

INTERNAL CLEANSING.  Internal cleansing involves all of the internal organs, plus the blood and the lymph systems.  The colon is the key to detoxifying and must be the first organ to be cleaned out, because as the other organs are cleansed the toxins are dumped into the colon and reabsorbed.  So, the colon must be cleaned first in order for the other toxins to be eliminated.

COLON CLEANSINGA noted surgeon who had performed over 20,000 abdominal surgeries during his lengthy career commented that he had never seen a healthy colon.  A healthy adult colon is about 2 inches in diameter.  A sick colon is often twice that size and impacted with hardened, putrefied waste.  This condition inhibits absorption of nutrients and elimination of waste causing the body to become more toxic as each day passes.

3-STEPS TO A HEALTHY CLEAN COLON

  • DIET.  Change to a diet that is at least 80% raw vegetables and fruit.  The Makeover Diet on this site is an excellent diet for colon cleansing and weight loss.
  • FASTING.  A few 3 and 7 day fasts are beneficial in colon cleansing.  The Juice Fasting program on this site is good for colon health and weight loss.
  • COLON SCRUBBERS.  There a dozens of products available.  The traditional products are Psyllium Husk and Bentonite Clay which are available at health stores and on the Internet.  Instructions are usually on the package.

CLEANSING OTHER INTERNAL ORGANS.  The Makeover Diet on this site will eventually detoxify and cleanse all of the internal organs, plus the blood and lymph systems.  It is possible to speed up the process by using products and techniques found in books advertised on this page.

CLEANSING THE SKIN.  Skin is the largest organ of the body eliminates a lot of waste.  Therefore, keeping the skin clean and the pores open is beneficial during an internal cleanse.  A very effective way to clean the skin is with a dry brush each day.  Use a vegetable-bristle body brush and go over the complete body and then bathe.  This will remove all of the dead skin cells and open up the pores.  After the brushing, take a shower or bath in water that has been filtered to remove the chlorine and other chemicals.

Another aid to cleaning the skin is with a Bentonite soak.  The Bentonite acts like a magnet and pulls toxins and heavy metals right through the skin.  Prepare for the soak by adding 1-cup of Bentonite to a bathtub full of water that is just as warm as possible and still comfortable.  The warm water opens the skin pores.  Soak in the bath for 45 minutes, moving around so that all parts of the body get a good soak.  Splash the water on the face and scalp frequently.

Take note of what is left in the bathtub after the soak.  People with a lot of toxins and heavy metals have a blackish substance left after the water has been drained out.
