HEALTH DIET PLAN

The Common American Diet is mostly processed foods and causes every other person to be chronically ill.  The underlying cause of most illness is excess weight.  A full 40% are are overweight and another 40% are beyond overweight--they are obese.  Being just 10 pounds overweight has a negative health effect and may cause illness. So, those who are carrying around extra pounds should devise a Health Diet Plan.

WHO NEEDS A HEALTH MAKEOVER?  The need for a health makeover depends on the person's past diet.  An eighteen year old from a health-conscious family who has been on a clean diet of natural foods would not need a health makeover.  However, a sixty year old who for years has been eating the a diet of cheeseburgers, french fries, pizza, sodas and donuts would need a complete health makeover.

SUPER SIZE ME.  Proof of the devastating Common American Diet is that every other American is chronically ill.  That is right, 5 out of every 10 people in America are sick.  In America 80% are  overweight or obese.  That leaves only 20% who are normal weight.  What is the problem?  Filmmaker Morgan Spurlock became a human guinea pig by eating a strict diet of fast food for 30 days.  His film Super Size Me centers around the impact this had on his health and life.  After 30 days of cheeseburgers, fries, and chocolate shakes he gained 25 pounds and was vomiting out the window of his car.  The doctors who examined him during the experiment were shocked at how rapidly Spurlock's entire body deteriorated.  His cholesterol shot up from a low 165 to a high 230, his libido waned and he suffered with headaches and depression.  Listen to this: nutritionist Carol Simontacchi says in her best-selling book The Crazy Makers: “Food industries wantonly destroy our bodies and our brains, all in the name of profit.”

Poor health happens because people are too busy to prepare their own food.  The perception is that we are too busy to prepare wholesome food for ourselves.  Fast food and frozen dinners are easy and taste great, but are not nutritious.  Now, we pay for saving those few minutes each day in raising heath care cost and the agony most of us suffer each day.  Converting to a healthful diet requires an education, and that takes devoted time.  Educating yourself takes continual study for months or years.

STEPS TO A TOTAL HEALTH MAKEOVER

  • HEALTH ARTICLES.  Read every article on health and weight loss  you can find to build your knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • KILLER FOODS.  Learn about Killer Foods and how they devastate your body and cause premature death.  Eliminate those foods from your diet to improve health.
  • WEIGHT CONTROL.  Determine your ideal weight.  If you are overweight, go on a weight loss diet to lose those extra pounds.
  • FOOD ALLERGIES.  Most people are unaware that they have food allergies.  Allergies are the same as addictions, so giving up what is usually a favorite food is difficult.  A new diet means giving up those favorite foods, so you must know how to deal with food withdrawal, which is essential to weight loss.
  • NEW DIET.  Go on a new diet.  There are two free weight loss diets to choose from on this site:
  • MAKEOVER DIET.  The Makeover Diet is a very restrictive diet but can be modified to satisfy your needs.  You can use this diet as a foundation to build your own personal diet.

  • INTERNAL CLEANSING.  The colon shows the most obvious effects of a poor diet.  The diverticula become impacted with fecal material that is very hard.  As this happens the colon becomes putrefied.  The putrid colon reabsorbs toxins from the waste, and parasites such as bacteria, fungus, intestinal worms, and flukes infect the colon causing even more toxins to form.  A toxic colon causes a myriad of health problems.  A protruding abdomen points to a likely toxic colon and those people benefit from an internal cleansing program.  Weight loss is very difficult when the colon is putrefied.
