burn extra calories and raise the metabolism for hours. Good whole-body
exercises are bicycling, dancing, rowing, swimming, and walking. An
ideal daily exercise regiment is a brisk 30-minute walk after the
evening meal, which will improve digestion and raise the metabolism
throughout the night helping with weight loss.
